Terms & Conditions

 These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Conisbrough Inflatables ("we/us") and the hirer ("you"). By hiring any equipment, you confirm acceptance of these conditions in full. Any amendments must be agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Conisbrough Inflatables.

• Full payment is due on arrival, prior to setup. 
• We reserve the right to refuse setup without liability if payment is not made. 
• If payment is not made on arrival, an invoice will be issued, and the booking will remain chargeable. 
• If full payment is not received within 7 calendar days, we reserve the right to apply: 
  • A late payment fee of £40 
  • Interest charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily until full payment is received 
• We reserve the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue payments. 

• A booking is confirmed once a booking confirmation has been issued by Conisbrough Inflatables. 
• By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. 

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will not incur a charge. 
• Cancellations within 24–48 hours may be subject to a fee. 
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full. 

• Bouncy castles and inflatables cannot be used in unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain or winds exceeding 24mph (38km/h). 
• Conisbrough Inflatables reserves the right to cancel, refuse setup, or stop use at any time if weather conditions pose a safety risk. 
• In such cases, a reschedule or refund will be offered. 

• All equipment is tested annually in line with insurance requirements. 
• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, compensation (if applicable) will be limited to the hire cost of the affected item only, based on lost usage time. 

• Equipment will be delivered to the address provided at the time of booking. 
• We ask customers to allow 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for collection. 
• Please ensure the setup area is clear, accessible, and suitable prior to arrival. 
• If access or conditions are unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel without refund. 

• Equipment must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (not under the influence of drugs or alcohol). 
• Remove all shoes, glasses, jewellery, and sharp objects before use. 
• No food, drinks, gum, face paint, confetti, or silly string near the equipment. 
• No smoking, pets, or barbecues near the equipment. 
• Users must not exceed recommended numbers, height, or age limits. 
• No rough play, flips, climbing, or misuse. 
• Anyone feeling unwell or with medical conditions should not use the equipment. 

• Do not allow climbing, hanging, or bouncing on walls or steps. 
• Do not use the inflatable during inflation, deflation, or if switched off. 
• Inflatables must not be used in wet or unsafe conditions. 

• The hirer is fully responsible for the equipment during the hire period. 
• Equipment must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. 
• A £50 cleaning fee will apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty. 
• Any damage, loss, or repair costs (including loss of earnings) will be charged in full. 

• If weather or lighting prevents a full inspection at collection, the hirer remains liable for any damage or cleaning issues identified within 7 days. 
• Photographic evidence will be provided for any charges. 

• All persons use the equipment at their own risk. 
• Conisbrough Inflatables accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow these terms. 

• Conisbrough Inflatables reserves the right to refuse delivery, setup, or continue hire if: 
• Payment is not made 
• Conditions are unsafe 
• These Terms & Conditions are not followed

• Business hours are 8:00am – 9:30pm. 
• The hire period is agreed on booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Conisbrough Inflatables. 
• Any extensions to the hire period must be agreed in advance and may be subject to an additional charge. 
• Collection times will be arranged at booking, and customers must ensure equipment is ready for collection at the agreed time.
